Refund Policy


Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Should 30 days pass since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted for a return.


Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at


If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
